Refund Policy

Short version

Our guides are digital products. Once you click the download link, the sale is final. We don't offer refunds after that point.

Why

Norwegian law gives consumers a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases, but digital content is exempt once delivery has begun — provided you consent to it and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right. At checkout, you tick a box confirming this. That's how most digital stores (including Etsy) handle it.

Exceptions

We issue a refund in these cases:

• Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally bought the same guide twice, email support@beforeyoubuyauto.com and we'll refund one.
• Delivery failure. If the download link doesn't work and we can't get the file to you within a reasonable time, we refund in full.
• Wrong guide sent. If we send you the wrong file, we'll send the correct one and refund if that's not acceptable.

How to request

Email support@beforeyoubuyauto.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We respond within three working days.
