1. Who you're buying from
beforeyoubuyauto.com is operated by BeforeYouBuyAuto. For questions, delivery issues, refund requests, or legal notices, contact support@beforeyoubuyauto.com.
2. What you're buying
You are buying a downloadable PDF buyer's guide for a specific used car model generation. The guide is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may save it, print it, and use it when inspecting a vehicle. You may not resell, republish, upload, share, or redistribute it.
3. The information in the guide
We research carefully, but every used car is different. The guide is an inspection aid, not a guarantee that a specific car is good, fault-free, safe, legal, or worth buying. It does not replace a professional inspection, diagnostic scan, service history check, finance check, accident history check, or your own judgement.
4. Pricing
Prices are shown on each product page in the stated currency, including any taxes or fees we are required to collect at checkout. Prices may change over time, but the price shown when you complete checkout is the price for that purchase.
5. Payment
We use Stripe to process payments. You pay at the time of purchase. We do not store your card number.
6. Delivery
After payment, we send an email with a time-limited download link. Free samples are also delivered by email. If the email does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact support@beforeyoubuyauto.com and we will resend it.
7. Digital content and cancellations
Digital products are delivered immediately by download link. Where consumer law gives you a cancellation or withdrawal right, you agree at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this may end that right once delivery or download begins. After a guide has been delivered or downloaded, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Liability
If we deliver the wrong file, a broken link, or a file that cannot reasonably be used, we will fix the issue or refund you. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses connected to your decision to buy, reject, repair, sell, finance, or inspect any specific vehicle. Our maximum liability for a guide is limited to the amount you paid for that guide, except where the law does not allow that limit.
9. Consumer rights
These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If a section of these terms conflicts with mandatory law, that law applies and the rest of the terms remain in effect. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can resolve it quickly.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one live on the site on the day you buy.
